Max Todd is a European artist who started his career painting rural landscapes and scenery of the romantic genre. One day, he decided to do something completely out of the ordinary and different from his usual techniques. He thus developed his own unique style to create the stunning pieces you see today.

The use of mixed media creates a 3D dimension that makes his pieces so extraordinarily different. The layering of paint is striking, and adds yet another dimension to Todd’s work. His works are innovative and unique, combining a variety of materials and techniques with fresh ideas to create exciting works.

He draws his inspiration from places, memories and experiences. Todd applies the paint using unconventional ways. Such as, using the paint directly from the tube in a precise and controlled manor. He also uses a palette knife to thickly apply the acrylic to add depth to his fantastic pieces.
